Volunteer Graphic Designer — Events & Campaigns

Hope Lives Here Animal Rescue Society is looking for volunteer graphic designers with experience creating clear, polished promotional materials for animal rescue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design assigned social-media graphics, fundraising and event materials, posters, flyers, signs, handouts or digital assets.
- Follow HLH's approved brand assets and confirmed wording, dates, links, prices and animal information.
- Prepare digital and print-ready files, make requested revisions and save work in the assigned task.
- Work with Ava, our creative lead, who provides direction and final approval before public use.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Prior graphic design experience is required. Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar experience is helpful. You should be organized, able to work independently from a clear brief and comfortable meeting agreed deadlines. This is a production role, not permission to publish from HLH accounts or make fundraising commitments.

WHEN AND WHERE
Project-based, recurring as needed. Most assignments take about 1–3 hours. Digital work can generally be done remotely; occasional locally coordinated work may be offered depending on the task.
