Ecommerce and Revenue Growth Specialist

Healthy Aligned Living is a small Alberta nonprofit focused on trauma recovery youth empowerment and intergenerational healing. We run an online shop via Printful and WooCommerce and maintain Facebook Instagram and Tik Tok channels. A new YouTube channel is launching in the next few weeks. We need a volunteer who will drive measurable sales across all platforms with immediate focus on our flagship product Lions Mane and build a reliable pipeline from YouTube to store.

Role summary
You will own ecommerce performance and revenue growth. This is a hands on role that combines product listing management conversion optimization paid campaign setup basic creative for short video ads and analytics. You will work with our volunteer team including Atreyi Zoe and Zaina to turn traffic into orders.

Key responsibilities
• Manage Printful and WooCommerce product listings including images descriptions pricing variants and fulfillment settings
• Create sales funnels and landing pages that move social and YouTube traffic to checkout
• Set up and maintain tracking and analytics GA4 Meta Pixel UTM tagging and conversion events
• Plan execute and optimize paid ad tests on Meta TikTok and YouTube with small budgets and measurable KPIs
• Build simple email automation flows welcome abandoned cart and post purchase cross sell
• Produce or repurpose short form video and copy for ads product pages and YouTube end screens
• Develop bundles promotions and offers to increase average order value and repeat purchase rate
• Monitor sales metrics and deliver weekly reports with clear action items
• Document processes and train other volunteers for handover

Time commitment
Ongoing and flexible. Ideal 4 to 10 hours per week with occasional short term sprints for launches.

Must have
• Proven experience driving online sales using WooCommerce and Printful or equivalent platforms
• Practical knowledge of Meta or TikTok ads and conversion optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics GA4 Meta Pixel and basic UTM tagging
• Strong copywriting for product pages ads and offers
• Comfortable using WordPress and basic page builders

Nice to have
• Email platform experience Mailchimp or Klaviyo
• Video editing and short form content production
• Previous work with nonprofit or mission driven brands

Key outcomes we expect in the first 90 days
• Improved conversion rate for Lions Mane product pages
• A functioning YouTube to store traffic funnel with tracked conversions
• A basic automated email funnel capturing and converting visitors
