Fruits of Sherbrooke Society

Mission:
Fruits of Sherbrooke is a non-profit organization committed to rescuing fruit by harvesting, processing and preserving fruit not being used by homeowners, farms and businesses and turning them into consumable products.

Vision:
To reduce the amount of good food that would otherwise go to waste and instead help feed our community.

Values:
Sharing— Distribute excess fruit to those that can use it to maximize use and minimize waste.

Sustainability — Promote sustainable and local eating.

Education— Strive to empower people through teaching classes, providing volunteer opportunities to contribute and learn hands on, and spread the word about the benefits of locally grown food

Community— We make meaningful contributions and connections through volunteer action.
