The Community Initiatives and Agriculture team at Explore Edmonton proudly produces signature events in Edmonton - KDays, the Canadian Finals Rodeo (CFR), the Canadian Country Expo, and Farmfair International - legacy events that energize our city and bring people together year after year.

By attracting and producing major events, we help generate tourism dollars that support local businesses, enhance Edmonton’s vibrancy, and strengthen the case for continued investment in city infrastructure—benefiting the entire community.

Our signature events create shared experiences for people of all ages and backgrounds, fostering connection, celebration, and pride in our city. None of this would be possible without our dedicated Volunteer Team, whose passion and commitment bring these events to life and help create memorable experiences for every guest and visitor.
