Have a few hours to donate? Then we need you to help keep our footprint to a minimum one the Tour weekend. Come join our team! Events of this size generate a lot of recycling and waste. Our responsible vision is to mitigate the environmental impact by providing education on recycle management to participants on the Festival Grounds. • Be stationed at a recycle centre and/or wonder through the Festival Grounds making sure refuse/recycle/compost bins are not overflowing • Provide education to event participants at the recycle centres, encouraging them to place used items in the proper collection bins • Empty full refuse, recycle and compost bags in recycle centres and around the Festival Grounds as required and replace with fresh bags Please check the Enbridge Tour Alberta for Cancer website under the 'VOLUNTEER' tab for details, descriptions, and shift times.
