Client Services Volunteers

Edmonton's Food Bank is often the first stop for many in our community who need food support and our staff and volunteers in the Client services department are the first point of contact.

Trained Volunteers answer calls from clients and help guide them through the process to order a food hamper. This does involve using a database, and working in a call center

The department is open Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm
Volunteers must be 18+ for this area
