Stewardship Event Volunteer
Are you looking for ways to get involved conservation? The Edmonton and Area Land Trust (EALT) protects nature through land conservation while engaging communities in stewardship. Throughout the year but especially in spring and summer, EALT offers opportunities to connect to the land and give back to nature through hands-on stewardship on our conservation lands. Join us at a stewardship event where there can be a variety of fieldwork tasks to complete. From invasive plant removal, trail maintenance, nest box cleaning, and barbed wire removal - there are many ways to conserve nature while volunteering with us. Where: At one of our conservation lands within 150 km of Edmonton. Most are within 1 hour's drive of the city. See https://www.ealt.ca/conservation-lands to see map.
