Workshop Support

Support the smooth delivery of ECHOFORM's civic exploration labs by managing session logistics, setting up physical or virtual spaces, preparing and distributing participant materials, coordinating breakout groups, handling accessibility accommodations on the day and administering post-session reflection forms. You will be in the room (or on screen) with youth participants during the sessions themselves. 
Ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable working directly with young people. Trauma-informed orientation provided before first session. 

Skills: logistics and operations, group facilitation support, attention to detail, comfort with Zoom and Google Meet.
