Centre Communautaire D'Edmonton

La Cité Francophone and the Centre Communautaire d’Edmonton (CCE) are the hub of French culture, community and service whose mission is to celebrate and share the Francophone culture with all Edmontonians while meeting the needs of the community. Thus, La Cité and the CCE help maintain a vibrant Francophone society within an Anglophone environment.

The Centre Communautaire d’Edmonton manages the programmed cultural activities and La Cité Francophone manages the center's day to day operations which include cultural, social, pedagogical, professional and commercial. La Cité also offers outstanding spaces for events with a theatre, classrooms, dance studios and banquet/conference halls.

La Cité Francophone is a catalyst in the community for French cultural initiatives such as the French Quarter Farmer’s Market, Galerie Cité, Café Bicyclette and the Flying Canoe Volant Festival.
