Volunteer Board Member - Event Planning
Help build civic learning and discussion on Canada's place in the world! If you like to build social networks and organize public events, come help us build the Edmonton branch of the Canadian International Council. We are a local branch of a larger non-partisan, national organization. We organize in-person and virtual events where people can learn about and discuss global affairs. Your role would be to assist the CIC Edmonton Branch President with planning and executing the 2026 spring/summer event series. This will include helping to organize venues, event promotions, plan budgets, and meet guests. The position is temporary (February-June) with possibility of extending or moving into another Board Member role, if interested.
