We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, experienced, reliable, and task-oriented IT support specialist to join our volunteer team.

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Providing technical support across the organization
Setting up accounts for new users
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Serve as first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance
Provide troubleshooting as required
