The Workshop Skills Facilitator leads CFDE workshops by delivering engaging content while teaching practical skills. This role ensures youth gain both knowledge and hands-on experience, while maintaining a supportive, safe, and interactive learning environment. Key Job Duties Lead workshop sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and participant engagement Teach specific skills relevant to the workshop topic (e.g., life skills, leadership, arts, basic technical skills) Prepare lesson plans and materials for each session Encourage participation and teamwork among youth participants Adapt instruction to suit different learning styles and skill levels Support workshop coordination by collaborating with the Workshop Program Coordinator Monitor safety and well-being of participants during activities Provide feedback, guidance, and encouragement to participants Assist with evaluation and feedback collection to improve future sessions
