Volunteers may assist with:
✔ Event / Workshop Support
Setting up tables, chairs, art supplies, and materials, Greeting youth and families as they arrive. Assisting youth participants during activities
Helping with clean-up and restoring the space after sessions

✔ Administrative / Fundraising Support
Helping with registration and attendance sheets
Assisting with donation tables or fundraising activities
Preparing simple promotional materials (flyers, posters)

✔ Community Engagement
Sharing information about programs with the public
Representing the organization in a friendly and professional manner
Encouraging a positive and inclusive environment

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (Not mandatory)
Friendly, positive, and welcoming attitude
Enjoys working with youth and the public
Works well in a team environment
Dependable and punctual
Willing to be flexible and step into different tasks
