CFDE is seeking a motivated and passionate Fund Development Manager to help lead and grow our fundraising and revenue-development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, strategic thinking, and supporting meaningful community work. The Fund Development Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to identify funding opportunities, develop fundraising strategies, and strengthen CFDE’s financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities Develop and support fundraising strategies and initiatives Research and identify grant, sponsorship, and donor opportunities Assist with grant writing, submissions, and tracking deadlines Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners Support fundraising events and donation campaigns Collaborate with the digital marketing team on fundraising communications Track donations, maintain records, and prepare basic reports Support donor stewardship and recognition efforts
