Additionally, you will oversee team engagement activities by assigning tasks to volunteers, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion. Your role extends to recruitment and operations oversight, where you will manage the recruitment process for new team members. Moreover, you will coordinate engagement activities such as watercooler chats, newsletters, social events, and advisory board meetings, ensuring active participation and continuous improvement.
