About the Role

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented SEO & Paid Ads Assistant to boost our search visibility and support paid campaigns. You will help optimize content, improve website performance, and assist with planning and running ads that drive awareness, sign ups, and donations.

Key Responsibilities
SEO
o	Assist with on page SEO, meta tags, alt text, headers, internal links
o	Support keyword research, clustering, and content briefs
o	Help run basic SEO audits, fix issues in the CMS, track performance in Search Console

Paid Ads
o	Assist with Google Ads and social ads, for example Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
o	Build drafts for campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and audiences
o	Write and refine ad copy, extensions, and simple creative in Canva
o	Set up UTM tags and assist with conversion tracking in Google Analytics

Skills and Qualifications
Solid understanding of SEO basics and paid ads
Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics, plus at least one ads platform, for example Google Ads or Meta Ads
Comfortable working in a CMS, for example WordPress, and in Canva
Organized, proactive, and reliable with deadlines
