About Us The Autism Today Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families through education, empowerment, advocacy, and community-building. As we grow our national and global impact, we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative Manager, who is proficient in handling online orders, leading and supporting our sales efforts. Position Overview As the Sales Representative Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving revenue-generating initiatives for the Foundation. You will support and manage technical aspects of our online sales efforts, including shopping cart operations and product fulfillment through e-commerce platforms. Also, you will oversee a team of volunteer sales assistants and help promote our events, campaigns, and resources. Key Responsibilities Work with platforms such as WooCommerce, Zephyr, Shopify, and Gelato to ensure seamless customer experience and timely processing of orders. Oversee and support online sales efforts, including shopping cart management and order fulfillment. Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Manage and mentor a team of volunteer sales representatives. Identify and pursue opportunities with businesses, institutions, and individuals aligned with the Foundation’s mission. Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align messaging and maximize engagement. What We’re Looking For Experience in online sales and business development (nonprofit or corporate sector). Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, Gelato, WooCommerce, and Zephyr. Ability to manage shopping carts, online orders, and product listings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Goal-oriented, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
