Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable KDP Publishing & Product Operations Assistant to support our publishing and product workflows on Amazon KDP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day Amazon KDP tasks, ensuring smooth publishing operations, accurate uploads, proper authentication processes, and reliable tracking of product performance. Key Responsibilities Manage Amazon KDP account operations, including authentication, QR verification, and compliance Publish and maintain print and digital products, ensuring correct formatting, metadata, pricing, and categorization Coordinate revisions, updates, and reuploads across product versions Track products, SKUs, versions, inventory status, and publishing history Monitor sales performance and basic analytics Support new product launches and ongoing updates What We’re Looking For Proficiency with Amazon KDP Hands-on experience with digital publishing or print-on-demand workflows Experience using WooCommerce and Amazon Seller tools Strong organizational skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, file systems, and digital platforms
