Position Overview
This is a meaningful opportunity to build real-world experience in nonprofit fundraising and grant writing. As our assistant, you’ll play a vital role in researching funding opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, maintaining donor records, and supporting the execution of fundraising campaigns. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Research prospective donors, foundations, and grant opportunities aligned with our mission.
Assist in drafting, proofreading, and submitting grant proposals and letters of inquiry.
Help manage fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
Maintain organized records of proposals, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
Support in crafting thank-you messages, reports, and fundraising materials.
Collaborate with the fundraising team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
Track donor engagement and assist in building long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For
Strong writing and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic research tools.
Previous experience in fundraising or grant writing is a plus.
