About Us Autism Today Foundation empowers autistic and neurodivergent people and their families through education, advocacy, and community engagement. We’re growing our digital storytelling and outreach and seek a creative, data-savvy Video Editor & Paid Ads Coordinator to help scale impact on YouTube and social. About the Role You will own the end-to-end video pipeline and core growth levers: edit engaging videos, optimize our YouTube channel (titles, thumbnails, metadata, playlists), and plan/run paid campaigns (YouTube/Google Ads; Meta as needed). Your work will drive views, watch time, subscribers, volunteer sign-ups, event registrations, and donations. Key Responsibilities Edit short- and long-form videos (YouTube, Shorts/Reels, web); add captions, audio cleanup, color, and graphics. Manage uploads: titles, descriptions, chapters, tags, end screens/cards, playlists, and custom thumbnails. Improve performance using YouTube Studio (CTR, average view duration, retention curve, views, watch time, subs gained). Run thumbnail A/B tests with Test & Compare and apply winners. Plan and execute paid campaigns on YouTube/Google Ads (and Meta when appropriate): objective, audience/targeting, placements, frequency caps, creative formats. Collaborate with Social, SEO/Content, Design, and Web to keep brand consistent and accessible; maintain organized assets and a simple publishing checklist. Skills & Experience Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Hands-on YouTube channel experience: titles, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, analytics, and thumbnail testing. Practical paid ads experience, especially YouTube/Google Ads (Meta a plus) Comfort with YouTube Studio analytics, GA4, UTMs, basic conversion tracking.
