Each week, musicians will perform a 60 minute set of appropriate background music from a playlist they choose themselves. Preferred instruments: Piano Acoustic guitar Violin and other string instruments Accordion Other soft acoustic instruments as appropriate Performers should be comfortable providing music in a range of moods and genres, such as classical, jazz, folk, pop, or film/television themes, whenever possible. You will be asked to audition for the volunteer coordinator prior to onboarding for the role. Remember to indicate on your application that you are interested in the Piano program. Shifts available Monday through Friday, 4 pm - 7 pm and 9am-8pm on weekends. Please take this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and staff!
Certification or Education Required
Grade 10+ Royal Conservatory or equivalency.
