Frontline Volunteer- Evening & Weekend Programs
AdaptAbilities is a non profit organization that provides meaningful programs for children, youth, and adults with disabilities across Edmonton and St. Albert. Volunteers play an important role in helping create fun, supportive, and inclusive environments where participants can build friendships, develop independence, and engage in meaningful activities. Working alongside program staff, volunteers will: • Support participants in recreational and social programs • Assist staff in providing care and supervision • Foster positive, inclusive, and meaningful interactions • Help create fun, safe, and welcoming environments • Encourage friendship building, independence, and community participation We are recruiting volunteers for our year round evening and weekend programs. Each program session runs for 10 weeks during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons across multiple respite and recreation locations in Edmonton and St. Albert. Families rely on us for consistent and reliable care, so we are looking for volunteers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to creating positive experiences for participants.
