Ocean View is a 171-bed long term care home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia. Our vibrant community has over 20 local shops and restaurants, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for both staff and residents.

At Ocean View we are committed to our employees’ well being as well as providing a healthy work-life balance through our Employee and Family Assistance Program, Personalized Assistance Health (PATH), ongoing Guarding Minds Initiatives, and promoting opportunities for education and professional development.

With a 4.1 care funding model, modern technology, optimized scheduling, and plans for a new facility, we are continually evolving to enhance our care and workplace culture.
We also take pride in our volunteer-run on-site café, offering lunch, snacks, and coffee and everyone loves our free parking!
