Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our volunteer program by recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers. You will have the opportunity to significantly impact our mission by supporting and empowering the volunteers who help drive our organization forward.

Responsibilities
- Volunteer Recruitment
- Volunteer Onboarding/Offboarding
- Volunteer Records Maintenance
- Volunteer Appreciation Program
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for volunteer management.


Job Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Technological skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace Applications and Admin.

- Familiarity with Airtable and Zapier or the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work positively and encouragingly with a remote, diverse, international team.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Team communication using Slack.

- Passion for the IAABC Foundation mission and commitment to making a positive impact.

- Availability to volunteer 8-10 hours per week.
