At IAABC Foundation, we’re dedicated to making evidence-based animal behavior education and research accessible worldwide. As our Learning Support Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting student learning to further the organization's mission and programs. It’s a chance to use your skills to support a global nonprofit community and make a real impact. Responsibilities - Respond to questions and inquiries from current and prospective students in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical and logistical support to students, educators, and program staff - Assist with end-of-course administrative tasks and post-event follow-up - Update and maintain course content in the learning management system - Administration of the learning management system - Communicate effectively and regularly with team members using Slack - Commit 5–8 hours per week during scheduled blocks of time - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Director Job Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Comfortable using Google Workspace - Familiarity with learning management platforms an asset - Clear, polite, and responsive communication skills - Ability to collaborate with a diverse, international remote team - Availability to volunteer 5–8 hours per week
