Habitat for Humanity ReStore is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who find excitement in spreadsheets and enjoy socializing over the phone. 

The time commitment is 2-4 hours for a minimum of 3 months. 

OVERVIEW: The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a social enterprise that sells new and used building materials, furniture, housewares and tools. The funds from the donated goods go to building homes for families in the community. 

Office volunteers provide administrative support to the Habitat team with a variety of office tasks.

DUTIES:
- Data entry
- Schedule donation pick ups and drop offs
- Answer phone call inquiries
- Assist with tax receipting

QUALIFICATIONS:

There are no specific requirements, we are happy to train anyone interested in the admin role, however we would welcome anyone who; 
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Google Suite, and the ability to use office equipment 
- Able to work independently
- Who is comfortable with computers, who is calmed at the sight of a spreadsheet, and swoons over completing routine tasks well.
