BC TEAL Webinar Team is a great way to engage with instructors and learn new skills. Our webinars cover topics such as: Learning Challenges in the EAL (English as an Additional Language) Classroom, How AI made me a Better Teacher, Personalized Land Acknowledgements, and many other topics!

We are looking for people to:
Role 1 - Registration Set Up
i.	Use information gathered to create registration on website
ii.	Set up automatic reminders
iii.	Create graphic or get from Social Media
Role 2 - Speaker Recruitment
i.	Contact potential speakers 
ii.	Communicate the requirements
Role 3 - Detail confirmation
i.	Confirm the date, time
ii.	Get speaker bio and pic
iii.	Session information (from speaker)
Role 4 - Moderating the Session
i.	Host on Zoom
ii.	Introduce the session using template
iii.	Take attendance
Role 5 - Recordings
i.	Clean up recordings and add opening screen
ii.	Upload to YouTube
iii.	Inform the office when recordings are ready

Certification or Education Required
This opportunity is best for those who are familiar with teaching English as an Additional Language and those who work or volunteer in the EAL sector.
