About the Centre:
The Seniors on the Bow Centre opened on April 1, 2011 and provides programs and resources for adults 50 and over in Cochrane and surrounding areas.

The Seniors on the Bow is a non-profit society with resources that enhance the quality of life for those over 50.

Seniors on the Bow is a place to come meet friends, new and old alike. Play a game of cards, participate in an exercise class or two, enjoy our weekly movies with fresh popcorn, bake goodies with our in-house baking team, play along with our weekly “Jammers”, or volunteer your time.

We host many social events throughout the year including fashion shows, art classes, dancing classes, outings, bake sales, speaker’s series, health presentations & interest courses to name just a few.
Come to our monthly hot lunch, made fresh by our wonderful volunteers. It is a perfect time to introduce yourself to the community, make new acquaintances that can turn into lifelong friends.

We are open Monday to Friday
9am-noon and 1-4pm
(excluding holidays)
