💚 Help Care for Cochrane’s Free Food Sheds
Cochrane, AB, T4C 181
[map]
Ongoing
Our Free Food Sheds are community food exchange pantries that promote food security and reduce food waste. To keep them safe, welcoming, and reliable for everyone, we need dedicated Caretaker Volunteers to help with daily upkeep. Caretaking shits are quick, flexible, and absolutely essential. You’ll help with light cleaning, tidying, recycling, and restocking — making sure each Shed stays clean, food-safe, and ready for neighbours who depend on them. These small acts of care make a big impact. Without Caretaking shifts, the Sheds simply couldn’t operate. 👉 Ready to help? Visit www.helpinghandscochrane.ca and click “Be a Helping Hand” to register today. Even one shift a month makes a difference! 💚
