About Victory Afghanistan:

Victory Afghanistan is a Chicago-registered, women-led 501(c)(3) educational charity supporting over 1,000 Afghan girls and women through free online English, mentorship, and personal development programmes. Since 2021, our students—aged 11 to 40—have been denied access to formal education, yet they continue to learn, grow, and prepare for international academic opportunities through online learning communities.

About the Duolingo English Test Preparation Program:

We are seeking dedicated volunteer instructors to support Afghan girls and women preparing for the Duolingo English Test. This programme focuses on structured test preparation, skill development, and exam readiness to help learners achieve strong scores for university admissions and scholarships.

What Instructors Do:

Teach Duolingo English Test preparation sessions
Train students in speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills
Provide practice tasks based on the DET format
Guide students on test strategies, timing, and scoring
Support learners in improving overall English proficiency
Who We’re Looking For:

Strong English communication skills
Familiarity with the Duolingo English Test format (preferred but not required)
Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage
Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
Reliability and commitment
