Friends of Kananaskis Cooperating Society

Connecting people and place in a meaningful way. We develop opportunities and programs for individuals and groups to experience Kananaskis Country through engagement and sharing, primarily focused on trail care. We support relevant, practical initiatives that not only benefit the people involved, but benefit the ecology and ecosystems of Kananaskis Country, and create opportunities for people to volunteer and give back to the parks and places they love. The Friends of Kananaskis Country brings people together to ensure future generations have the same opportunities to enjoy this special part of Alberta.
