Friends of Kananaskis

The Friends of Kananaskis is committed to building a community of volunteers and partners to maintain the ecological integrity and recreational use of Kananaskis Country by engaging in trail care, stewardship, education, and research.

Mostly, our volunteers join us for trail days in many parts of Kananaskis Country to maintain and improve trails. We work in the Bow Valley (near Canmore), all 5 provincial parks in K-Country and throughout public lands. Join us for one day or 10 days - it's up to you.
