LOGISTICS AND SITE ORGANIZATION
The Behind-the-Scenes Highland Heroes! Site Operations MacCrews are the hardworking backbone of the Canmore Highland Games, ensuring the entire festival runs smoothly from dawn till dusk. These volunteers take on vital tasks like setting up infrastructure, delivering supplies, managing logistics, maintaining site cleanliness, and assisting with teardown. Whether it’s placing signage, fixing fencing, or hauling gear, their efforts keep the grounds safe, organized, and ready for the celebration. With strong teamwork and high spirits, the Site Ops crew works tirelessly behind the scenes to bring the magic of the Highlands to life for every guest.
