🏔️ Individual Event Coordination Crew 🏔️

CAMBA is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our event crew across a variety of exciting events throughout the year. As part of the crew, you’ll support both the planning and execution of CAMBA events or event series, helping bring each experience to life. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring every event reflects CAMBA’s mission and vision, while creating a fun, inclusive atmosphere for our community.

This role is flexible and based on the number of hours you’re able to contribute. Volunteers are encouraged to choose one event (or series) to focus on and help grow and develop over time.

CAMBA’s annual events include:

CAMBAPalooza – A one-day winter fat bike festival in February
Social Rides – 4–10 community rides from May to September
Fivers – A series of five short mountain bike races from May to September
Park2Pints – A one-day road running race in October
Trail Blaze – Our annual town party fundraiser in November
Festival of Trees – A themed tree decorating event in December
