Are you a youth (minimum 13 years of age) who enjoys hanging out with kids? Do you find excitement in encouraging and supporting others to be better than yesterday, and love being outside in nature? Are you a leader who is looking to further develop your skills? Do you want to spend weeks in the summer outdoors, in a fun and active environment?

Join WinSport's Junior Instructor program in our Sport & Wilderness Camp! The aim of this camp is to take a child from watching on the sidelines to playing center field. Each day, the camp covers a variety of sport or outdoor wilderness activities and supports building general athletic skills and outdoor survival skills. Everyday you will be supporting kids climbing trees, building forts and playing in mud, as well as running and jumping alongside them.

WinSport has a dynamic and innovative Youth Leadership Program, which includes training and hands on learning. All youth volunteers are required to attend the Leadership Training and will receive a Leadership certificate upon completion.
