**Sales & Client Engagement Volunteer**

Walshken Immigration is looking for a motivated and outgoing volunteer to support our sales and client engagement activities. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in business development, communication, lead generation and customer service while working alongside a professional immigration consulting team.

**What you’ll be doing:**

• Assist with identifying and organizing potential client leads
• Support follow-up with inquiries and prospective clients
• Help maintain lead and client information
• Assist with outreach and client engagement initiatives
• Support the team with sales and marketing activities
• Help identify new business and community outreach opportunities
• Track inquiries and follow-ups in an organized manner
• Share ideas to improve client engagement and lead generation

**What we’re looking for:**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident and professional approach
• Organized and reliable
• Interest in sales, business development or customer service
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email and social media
• Previous sales or customer-service experience is an asset but not required
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
