Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist clients both in-person and over the phone. Be the first friendly face they meet or voice they hear!
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with promptness and care, ensuring all communications are responded to with your best ability.
- Stay informed by regularly updating and reviewing the Daily Log to keep up with ongoing activities and complete any outstanding tasks.
- Dive into the fun part: research and plan day travel trips, book components, set prices, and manage deadlines to create memorable experiences.
- Become an expert on our tour operators and travel agents to provide accurate and current travel information to our clients.
- Sell day travel tickets and book world travel trips, turning travel dreams into reality.
- Perform administrative duties like updating statistics sheets, filing, managing records, and preparing for presentations.
- Attend monthly committee meetings and travel presentations to stay connected and informed.
- Facilitate and possibly lead day trips, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great time.

Requirements:
- Solid computer skills to handle bookings and maintain records.
- Availability to facilitate a day trip occasionally outside your regular volunteer day.
- Commitment to volunteer one day a week and one additional day a month for meetings and presentations.
