MUST BE 18+ The Pickleball Tournament is a fundraiser that brings the community together for a weekend of fun, and friendly competition in support of The Salvation Army’s programs and services. As a volunteer, you will be supporting with various areas such as registration, greeting, housekeeping, and assisting with the auction table. Shifts available (multi shift/day options available): October 3rd 7:00 am - 12:30 pm 12:00 pm - 5:30 pm October 4th 7:30 am - 1:00 pm 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm Please note that we are not able to accommodate Community Service Hours or Fine Options.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
All of the money fundraised through the auction and participants directly supports our Community Resource Centre which operates out of the Greater Forest Lawn Area. Your volunteered time directly impacts individuals who receive programming through The Salvation Army. Pizza is also provided at the mid day shift switch!
