Community Run Organizer

Organizing a Terry Fox Run may be one of the most meaningful roles you will ever undertake! We provide everything you need to organize the Run, the cost to you is nothing, and we will be with you every step of the way. 

As a Terry Fox Run Organizer, you represent Terry's mission – you inspire, motivate and lead your team and carry Terry’s vision and philosophy in your hearts and make it come to life in your community.  We continue to follow Terry's vision and principles today in our run policies and guidelines.

Our vision is to bringing Canadians together to realize Terry Fox’s dream of a world without cancer.  Driven by Terry’s courage and determination, we collaborate with and inspire people around the world to support and fundraise for bold, extraordinary research to end cancer.  

This year's run date is September 15 2024.

Additional Details & Skills Required
Time Commitment 
•	Peak organization months are April through September with opportunity for ongoing promotion of the Run throughout the year and communication on Run-related issues with TFF Office
•	During peak months, 1 – 3 hours per week can be expected for ongoing support of the Terry Fox Run Committee volunteers and liaison with TFF Office.
