The Taste of Italy Festival Society is committed to bringing the vibrant spirit of Italian culture to Calgary through its annual event. Established in 2021, our mission is to celebrate Italy's rich culinary and cultural heritage. With inclusivity at our core, we aspire to create a sense of community by showcasing local Italian businesses and restaurants, fostering connections, and offering an immersive experience of Italian traditions. Rooted in Bridgeland, a community with Italian heritage, our festival aims to unite diverse audiences and promote cross-cultural understanding. We recognize the strength in our differences and strive to create an inclusive space. With each passing year, we endeavor to grow this cultural celebration, sharing the joy of Italian cuisine, music, and traditions with the broader Calgary community. We actively engage participants through inclusive games, activities, and singing, ensuring that everyone, regardless of age or abilities, can join in the celebration.
