About the Role

We’re looking for Virtual Program Facilitators to help run live online STEM sessions for students. This role focuses on leading and supporting virtual workshops, using lesson plans and materials that are already prepared.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with students, is comfortable speaking on Zoom or Google Meet, and wants to help make online learning engaging and welcoming.

What You’ll Do
-Facilitate live virtual STEM sessions using provided lesson plans
-Guide students through activities and discussions
-Support participants during hands-on or interactive parts of sessions
-Help keep sessions organized, positive, and engaging
-Work with a Virtual Program Coordinator for scheduling and support

You will not be expected to create curriculum from scratch or plan programs alone.

What We’re Looking For
-Comfortable speaking to small or medium groups online
-Reliable and able to show up on time for scheduled sessions
-Friendly, patient, and supportive with students
-Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
-Interest in STEM, education, or youth mentorship
