TEDx Operations Director

Commitment: 7–9 hours/week (increases closer to the event)

About the Role
The Operations Director is responsible for ensuring every part of the TEDx event runs smoothly. They oversee timelines, logistics, planning meetings, and coordination between all organizing teams.

Responsibilities
-Create and manage the event timeline
-Coordinate planning meetings
-Communicate with the venue and vendors
-Track department progress
-Develop the day-of-event schedule
-Coordinate setup and teardown
-Identify and solve logistical challenges
