We are looking for a Media & PR Specialist to help share our story with the public. This role focuses on telling our impact story, helping us connect with media, and making sure our work reaches a wider audience.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys writing, communication, and storytelling, and wants to gain experience in media, communications, or public relations while supporting a meaningful cause.

What You’ll Do
-Help draft press releases, media pitches, and announcements
-Support outreach to media outlets, blogs, and community platforms
-Help write short stories or summaries about our programs and impact
-Assist with public-facing messaging for events and milestones
-Track media mentions and outreach efforts

What We’re Looking For
-Strong written communication skills
-Interest in media, communications, journalism, or public relations
-Comfortable using Google Docs and email
-Organized and able to meet deadlines
-Clear and respectful communicator
