Role Overview
We’re building a high-energy, in-person event team to help execute our largest Summer 2026 event in Toronto.

This role is for people who want to be on the ground, making things happen, supporting logistics, coordinating participants, and helping create an unforgettable experience for students.

What You’ll Work On
-Supporting event setup and teardown
-Assisting with registration and check-in
-Guiding students, mentors, and guests throughout the event
-Managing activity stations, workshops, or competition areas
-Helping coordinate schedules and transitions between sessions
-Ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and organized event experience
