About the Role We’re looking for a Grants & Proposal Development Specialist to help write and prepare grant and funding applications that support our programs. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys writing, research, and storytelling, and wants to learn how nonprofits secure funding to make real impact. You’ll work with guidance and support, you’re not expected to do this alone. What You’ll Do -Help write grant applications and funding proposals -Edit and improve written drafts using feedback -Match writing to different grant requirements and questions -Add information about our programs, impact, and goals into proposals -Help meet deadlines for grant submissions -Work closely with our Director of Grants & Institutional Funding What We’re Looking For -Enjoys writing and organizing information -Comfortable using Google Docs -Pays attention to details and instructions -Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly -Interested in nonprofit work, education, or STEM
