Fundraising Specialist

The Fundraising Specialist plays a critical role in advancing STEM For The Future’s growth, sustainability, and long-term impact. This individual works closely with the leadership and partnerships teams to secure funding, build strategic relationships, and drive high-impact fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct strategic research to identify prospective donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities (individual, corporate, and institutional)
-Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with donors through consistent, professional communication and stewardship
-Design, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and events aligned with organizational goals
-Develop compelling grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and funding applications
-Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives through outreach, storytelling, and digital campaigns
-Maintain accurate records of donations, partnerships, and funding pipelines
Track fundraising performance and prepare clear, data-driven reports for leadership
