Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our nonprofit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work, organization, and helping a growing organization run smoothly.
You will work closely with leadership and program teams to ensure communication, scheduling, and administrative processes are efficient and professional.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and organize emails and internal communications
-Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and volunteer onboarding
-Assist with form management, data entry, and basic reporting
-Help ensure policies, confidentiality, and professional standards are followed

Qualifications
-18 years of age or older
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive)
-Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
-Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
-Previous administrative, nonprofit, or office experience is an asset (not required)
