Sport Calgary Event Volunteer

We are currently recruiting volunteers for Celebration of Sport on September 17.

Celebration of Sport brings Calgary’s sport and business community together for an afternoon honouring the athletes, volunteers and clubs who make this a city that plays. With your help we can create a successful and memorable event.
Volunteer tasks will include, event set up and tear down, welcoming and registering guests, and assisting with event activates throughout the afternoon.

We are looking for responsible, accountable, and engaging volunteers that are interested in taking part of this event. This can also be an opportunity to be inside the room of sport professionals and hear from those in the industry.

Please note that this is a professional networking event.

Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026
Volunteer Shift: 9:00am-3:00pm* (subject to change based on event schedule)
Location: 18011 Spruce Meadows Way SW, Calgary, AB T2X 4B7*
Attire: Business Casual
