Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Technical Community Manager. The Technical Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the community of Mockaccino. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with community members, moderating community forums, organizing events and webinars, and gathering feedback from the community. The role also involves creating and disseminating communications, overseeing social media activities, and providing technical support and resources to community members.

Qualifications
• Experience in community management and engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to provide basic technical support
• Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in organizing and managing events or webinars is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred
