Human resources volunteer

3-6 hours / weekly

We are a small but mighty organization that has been around for 27 years. Help us grow! We are standing in our own way!
We offer conflict management programs for youth and build their confidence and resiliency. We are looking for someone to do some HR duties such as creating contracts for subcontractors, advising on HR policies, ensuring that volunteers are onboarded and have all required paperwork. 
 
This is a great role for a student/recent grad who wants to get more experience in HR. It is also great for a retired professional who simply wants to use their skills.  Our staff consists of one part time program director, one part time Executive Director and facilitation contractors.
